InsightPact Co., Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a global leadership and organisational development & research and product development consultancy. We design and deliver bespoke programs with and for our clients (our “Services”). We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and personal data. We are what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us.

We collect information or data about you when you engage our services or use www.insightpact.com.
you name, email address and other information when you submit enquiries or feedback through one of our forms, surveys, leave a comment, or sign up for email newsletters
your IP address, and details of which version of web browser you used.
information on how you use the site, using cookies, that help us improve the website.
This helps us to:
improve the site by monitoring how you use it
response to any feedback you send us, if you’ve asked us to
provide you with services and/or marketing that you have consented to receive.

We do not knowingly collect any personal data about anyone under the age of 18.
Cookies, and where and for how long is your data stored
We use Squarespace for our web hosting and site services. More information about the cookies that Squarespace uses for its users, in this case InsightPact, can be found here.
Data not otherwise mentioned above is stored by Google.
Third parties do not have access to your personal data unless you have give them permission of the law grants access.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to this.
We hold your personal data for no more than 2 years.
Keeping your data secure
Transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure and we can’t guarantee the security of your data. Any data you transmit is at your own risk.
We have data protection procedures and security features in place to try and keep your data secure once we receive it. For more information on these procedures please email email@example.com.
We won’t share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes, and we don’t pass on your details to other websites.

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking

InsightPact we would like to take this opportunity to outline our commitment to preventing slavery and human trafficking in regards to the UK Modern Slavery Act (2015)
At InsightPact, we recognize that, according to the Global Slavery Index, over 40.3 million people live in modern slavery, including over 28 million women.
InsightPact is strongly opposed to slavery and human trafficking. We do our best to act ethically and with integrity in all of our work and relationships to ensure that slavery and human trafficking does not occur within our organization and within our supply chains.
This statement provides some background on InsightPact and our supply chains.

InsightPact is a private company limited by shares registered in Bangkok, Thailand. InsightPact is a small business with three shareholders of Thailand and United States nationalities with 51% shares held by Thai nationals. InsightPact is a company driven by its values of fostering empathy, self awareness, and inclusion. We are a consulting business that provides services in leadership and organizational development, and research and product development for other organizations and corporations. We are a small company with less than 10 full time employees and draw upon a global network to provide extra human capacity.
We regularly review a number of policies and procedures that reflect our commitment to acting properly in all of our business relationships, and to implementing effective systems. They apply to all our employees and to anyone engaged with InsightPact on a contractual or temporary basis.
Specific ways that contribute to reducing the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our organization and supply chain include our:
Human Resources Procedures - InsightPact works with 1st party and 2nd party individuals in primarily highly skilled roles, including, but not limited to: coaches, facilitators, trainers, and researchers. Anyone who does not fall under the above categories undergoes checks in order to ensure their best interests, and that they have the appropriate right to work documents and sure that they are paid fairly and compensated for their time and work. We have procedures in place to safeguard the interests of young people and we do not employ individuals in the form of unpaid internships.
Bullying and Harassment Procedures - InsightPact ensures that all of our staff and anyone that we work with is treated with dignity and respect.
Agreements - our template agreements and standard terms and conditions require compliance with the law.
InsightPact is a small business that believes it can have a great impact on the world. By providing this statement and sharing our principles and values, InsightPact believes that we can have a small, but significant contribution to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our global economy.
Fairness & Bribery

It is InsightPact’s policy to conduct all of its business in an honest and ethical manner. InsightPact takes a zero tolerance approach to corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all of its business dealings and relationships. It is the goal of InsightPact to avoid acts which might reflect adversely upon the integrity and reputation of InsightPact Co., Ltd.
InsightPact is committed to a fair, free, and competitive market. InsightPact takes its legal responsibilities very seriously.
InsightPact is committed to upholding all relevant laws regarding countering bribery and corruption in the jurisdictions in which it operates. This includes the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, as well as the UK Bribery Act.
This policy applies to all directors, officers, employees, consultants, and contractors of InsightPact. Policy constitutes terms of service for each individual of the roles listed prior. Each such person agrees to be bound by the provisions of this policy upon notification of the most recent copy. This policy extends across all of the Company’s business dealings in all countries.
