About the Role:

InsightPact is seeking dynamic and engaging Contract Facilitators to join our Contractor Roster on a project-by-project basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible and rewarding work arrangement.

The Contract Facilitators will be responsible for:


Goals of the Contract Facilitator

  1. Align the facilitation work with the company's mission, vision, and pillars, ensuring that the sessions reflect the company's values and effectively represent the organization to clients and participants.
  2. Utilize effective facilitation techniques, encourage open dialogue, and create a supportive environment for collaborative learning and idea sharing.
  3. Deliver sessions with clarity, ensuring that the intended message and objectives are effectively communicated. 
  4. Ensure smooth session logistics and time management, keeping sessions on track and maximizing participant involvement.
  5. Seek feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve facilitation methods, content delivery, and session outcomes

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitating sessions, workshops, or training programs on virtual, hybrid and/or in-person format. 
  • Proven track record of successfully engaging participants, managing group dynamics, and delivering impactful sessions.
  • Familiarity with various facilitation techniques and methodologies. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and adapt their communication style to suit diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to different session formats (virtual, hybrid, in-person) and adjust facilitation techniques accordingly.
  • Effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and facilitate sessions with participants with varying language abilities, cultural norms, and communication preferences.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the Facilitator  will vary on a project by project basis depending on the needs of the project. Some example responsibilities of a program coordinator are as follows: 

  • Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions. This includes setting the agenda, creating an environment conducive to learning and collaboration, and ensuring that the session stays on track.
  • Guide discussions and encourage participation from all participants. This means asking open-ended questions, summarizing key points, and ensuring that everyone has a chance to contribute.
  • Encourage respect for all ideas and perspectives. This is important for creating a psychologically safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their thoughts.
  • Summarize and synthesize information from discussions. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that the group can reach a consensus.
  • Provide feedback and support to participants. This can be done by answering questions, offering guidance, and helping participants to achieve their goals.
  • Document the outcomes of sessions. This can be done by taking notes, creating presentations, or writing reports.
  • Manage the logistics of sessions. This includes setting up the room, providing materials, and coordinating with participants.
