About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the execution of virtual/hybrid/in-person programs. This includes managing the program team, tracking progress, ensuring adherence to the program plan and established timelines, and overseeing the allocation of resources such as budget, staff, and virtual platforms.

The Program Manager will also actively engage with clients and key stakeholders to foster effective communication, address concerns, and ensure alignment of expectations. They will provide regular updates and reports on the program’s progress to the Director of Programs and other stakeholders as needed, and gather feedback from stakeholders and lead a thorough debrief session to assess the program’s outcomes and areas for improvement at the end of the program.

Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing projects with tight deadlines
  • Digital fluency: Skilled in using Zoom, Miro, and Microsoft Office Suite, able to troubleshoot technical problems. Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management software is a plus
  • Program management skills: Strong skills including the ability to develop work plans, manage resources, track progress, and address issues
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to engage and manage diverse stakeholders, including clients, participants, and team members
  • Leadership ability: Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance, motivate teams, and drive program success
  • Multicultural experience: Comfortable working with diverse cultures, understanding different perspectives
  • Reliable internet connection and work setup: Must have a stable internet connection and suitable workspace. Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Language proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills required. Additional languages are a plus
  • Organizational skills: Effective task organization, deadline management, and time prioritization
  • Remote working ability: Capable of working well independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the execution of programs
  • Supervise the program's delivery, ensuring seamless execution of the event
  • Use InsightPact’s internal program management system to develop a comprehensive program plan outlining necessary resources, timeline, and deliverables
  • Oversee the utilization of resources (budget, staff, technology infrastructure)
  • Manage program team and facilitate collaboration and problem-solving among team members
  • Proactively communicate and engage with clients, partners, and participants
  • Monitor program progress and address any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including status reports, and program records
  • Regularly update all data for program tasks and activities
  • Capture key insights and compile a comprehensive list of lessons learned
