1-2-4-All is a versatile structure that taps into the wisdom of the group by progressively building on individual ideas through paired and small group conversations. It's a great way to get everyone's voice in the room, generate a diverse range of insights, and converge on the most promising ideas - all in a matter of minutes.

25/10 Crowd Sourcing

25/10 Crowd Sourcing is a dynamic and fast-paced structure that rapidly generates and prioritizes a group's most bold and actionable ideas. The structure is energizing yet powerful: participants write bold ideas on index cards, then engage in multiple rounds of exchanging and scoring cards. This process taps into the collective wisdom of the group, allowing innovative solutions to emerge and be refined through peer evaluation, all within about 30 minutes.

Min Specs

This structure focuses on identifying the minimum set of rules (must dos and must not dos) that must be respected to achieve a purpose, allowing a group to innovate freely within these constraints. By eliminating nonessential rules, Min Specs create a balance of freedom and responsibility, enabling the group to perform better and progress. This structure, often defined by two to five simple rules, is collaboratively shaped by participants from their experiences, promoting purposeful and responsible innovation.
