Susan Basterfield
Susan is a catalyst and convener who believes that awareness and discernment can unblock drains and move mountains. She is an educator, coach, facilitator, and collective entrepreneur.
A long-standing Enspiral member, she currently energizes the role of Foundation Director on the Minimum Viable Board, and creates livelihood alongside her colleagues at Greaterthan, a venture that sprang from the Enspiral (and Ouishare) soil.
Furthermore, she is the proud co-author of Lead Together: The Bold, Brave, Intentional Path to Scaling Your Business, and Better Work Together: How the Power of Community Can Transform Your Business.
Outside of corporate and tech, she’s been MD of AJ Hackett’s International Bungy jumping empire, earned her post-grad in Teaching and Learning, and was Head Teacher for an Alternative Education high school working to build resilience through Outdoor Education.

Hermes has spent the last decade exploring, practicing, and facilitating with international teams and organizations who aim to embody and embrace innovation in their work and life. A trained scientist and curious designer tinkerer, Hermes focuses on bringing together diverse tools and perspectives to enable collaboration and collective action.
He has worked with organizations around the world, but the majority of his work has been focused in Asia working largely in the social impact sector, but also working to bring purpose-driven processes to the private sector as well.
Hermes is based between Sydney and Bangkok and loves being outdoors while hiking, swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

Beth Macdonald
Beth’s lifelong focus has been on unleashing the creative potential of people and organizations. She shifted from the realm of science and design into the world of facilitation and coaching in 2004. Although she has worked around the globe, the majority of her work has been focused in Asia.
She has supported Asian organizations in shifting from national to regional players or regional to global players; and has supported multinationals in extending their success into Asian markets.
Photography, scuba diving, and reading are Beth’s preoccupations when she’s not working.

Trishal Ghelani
Trishal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Beti.Beta, a decentralized upskilling platform driven to make empowerment accessible. As a curious strategist and facilitator; she thrives on bouncing between the "why" & "why not", putting people at the heart of everything that she does.
Over the course of her career, she's been grateful to work with a range of clients & industries; from global MNCs to non-profits. Whether it's working on award-winning global creative campaigns or designing inclusive workplace cultures, her masala is best served when she can serve others. When the future feels fuzzy, she connects the dots. When systems feel unjust, she gets a fire in her belly.
This led to the birth of Beti.Beta which focuses on engineering methodologies & workshops that drive equity, create legacies and design futures.

Romano Theunissen
Romano is a professional futurist, innovation practitioner, and facilitator with expertise in identifying and creating opportunities for innovation and collaboration. With backgrounds in Education and International Relations as well as having lived on 3 different continents, Romano has guided cross-cultural groups across multiple industries all around the world.
Romano’s expertise in Futures Studies, Political Science, and Innovation has enabled him to navigate complexities and create shared visions of the future. He fosters collaborative and co-creative spaces that encourage creativity and innovation while also challenging norms and existing ways of thinking. By taking a futures and foresight approach, Romano is able to help people and organizations explore their possible, probable, and preferred futures, the assumptions, myths, and worldviews that support them, and help them create strategies to achieve them.
Outside of work, Romano is a lover of coffee, reading, and music. You can often find him relaxing in a coffee shop bobbing to Reggaetón and Afrobeats or with his nose deep in political discourse or science fiction.
